Jon Messner has been coaching clients for more than 25 years. Unlike other facilities, young athletes are coached from the moment they enter the facility to the moment they leave.
The High School Strength Program is based on consistent, continual coaching.
The program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development and proper functional strength training.
The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered.

Jon Messner has been training high school athletes, college athletes, adults and seniors for more than 25-years. He has a master’s degree in kinesiology and is the assistant track coach at Georgian Court University.
